1st

Meet with a Pro Push Fitness professional
 

  • Discuss goals & needs

  • Take starting measurements & photos​

  • Complete a baseline workout to determine fitness level

  • Set up your personal fitness app.

2nd

We build your custom exercise & nutrition program
 

  • Once a week you meet with your trainer for an in person workout session

  • Set goals for the upcoming week

  • Review upcoming workouts to be completed on your own

  • Workouts include how to videos

  • Review & discuss form, weight & rep range, ask questions.

3rd

Monthly One on One Nutritional Consultation
 

  • Dedicated and uninterrupted focus on your nutrition

  • Meal Plans and customized macro nutrition assignments

  • Food Lists

  • Trouble shooting and strategizing for travel, meal prep and other common challenges

  • Conveniently scheduled via Zoom with one of our Nutritionist
